Welcome to Adams Power Shower. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and the pressure washing and exterior cleaning services we provide throughout St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri. By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or using this website, you agree to the Terms below. Please read them carefully.

Adams Power Shower is a veteran- and family-owned company that has provided professional exterior cleaning across the St. Louis metro for more than 36 years. Our services include, but are not limited to:

The specific scope of work for your project will be described in the estimate we provide. Services not expressly listed in your estimate are not included unless agreed to in writing.

We provide free, no-obligation estimates. Estimates are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site assessment of the surfaces to be cleaned. An estimate is an approximation of the cost; the final price may change if the actual condition, size, or accessibility of the property differs materially from what was described.

Once you accept an estimate, we will schedule your service for a mutually agreed date. Because pressure washing and soft washing depend on safe weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, freezing temperatures, high winds, or other conditions that could affect safety or the quality of the work. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any weather-related change.

We believe in honest, up-front pricing — the estimate we quote is the price you pay, unless the scope of work changes. Any additional services requested after work begins, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified at the time of the estimate, may result in an adjusted price, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of scheduling. For commercial accounts, invoicing terms will be specified separately. Past-due balances may be subject to collection.

Prices quoted in any estimate are valid for the period stated in that estimate. If no period is stated, estimates are valid for 30 days.

To perform the work safely and effectively, we ask that you help prepare the property before our crew arrives. By scheduling service, you agree to:

You represent that you are the owner of the property or are authorized to approve the requested services. Adams Power Shower is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage resulting from conditions that were not disclosed to us before work began.

We stand behind our work. We use professional equipment, appropriate cleaning solutions, and the correct pressure and technique for each surface, and we treat every property as if it were our own. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Because exterior surfaces are exposed to weather, organic growth, and ordinary use, results will naturally change over time. We do not warrant that cleaned surfaces will remain free of dirt, mold, mildew, algae, or staining indefinitely, and normal re-soiling is not covered. Any specific warranty on staining, sealing, or other services will be stated in your estimate or invoice.

Except as expressly stated in writing, our services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please give us as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours is appreciated — so we can offer the time slot to another customer.

Adams Power Shower may also reschedule or cancel an appointment due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns, without liability for the change. In such cases we will work with you to find the next available date.

Adams Power Shower is fully licensed and carries $2 million in general liability insurance. In the unlikely event that our crew causes damage during a service, we will address it through our insurance and standard procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adams Power Shower shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Missouri law.
