Will the chemicals that you use harm my plants?
No they won’t. We use a biodegradable germicide which is not harmful to plants. To take it a step further, we rinse off your plants several times throughout the house cleaning process.
Do you clean out my gutters?
We don’t clear out the inside of gutters, but we do brighten the outside — washing the black streaks off the gutter faces so they look new again. Ask about adding gutter brightening to a house wash.
Do I have to be home when you come to wash my house?
No you do not. But if you aren’t home we ask that you close all of your windows, make sure the water is turned on at the location, that there is nothing blocking our access to any areas you want cleaned, and that there are no animals outside.
Can I get just one side of my house washed?
You sure can! We will schedule your cleaning on one of the days that we are already in your area, which allows us to not charge the minimum fee — sometimes higher than what it would cost to just wash one side of your house.
Is your company licensed & insured?
We are licensed to operate in Saint Charles & Saint Louis, Missouri, and we carry a 2 million dollar insurance policy.
