The terms that apply to this website and to the work we do for you.
Introduction
These terms govern your use of Adams Power Shower's exterior cleaning services, this website and its estimate form (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Estimate requests
When you ask for an estimate through this website or by phone, you are asking us to quote for work. An estimate is free and puts you under no obligation. Nothing is booked until we have spoken to you and agreed on the work, the date and the price.
Access to the property
To carry out the work we need access to the areas being cleaned and the use of an outdoor water spigot. You do not need to be home, as long as we have that access. Before we arrive we ask that you close all of your windows, make sure the water is turned on at the location, that there is nothing blocking our access to any areas that you want cleaned, and that there are no animals outside.
Special requirements
Tell us about anything we should know about the property when you ask for an estimate — delicate landscaping, a surface in poor repair, an alarm, a locked gate — so that we can plan for it.
Prices and payment
Every job is quoted individually, because a 1,200-square-foot ranch with clean vinyl siding is a completely different job than a two-story brick colonial with heavy mildew on the north side. The price we quote is the price you pay. If we find something on arrival that changes the job, we will tell you and agree on the change with you before we go ahead.

Cancellations and weather

Our work and your property
Adams Power Shower is licensed in St. Charles County and St. Louis County and carries $2 million in liability insurance. We soft-wash rather than blast: plants and shrubs are wet down before we start and rinsed when we finish.
Some very old, deeply soaked stains may lighten rather than disappear completely. We always give you an honest assessment of what to expect before we start.

Limitation of liability
While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, we cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or will meet your specific requirements. Adams Power Shower shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather; or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. The content of this website is provided for general information only. You must not use it in any way that might damage, disable or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; extract data from it by automated means; or use our name or artwork without permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Adams Power Shower and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these terms.

Governing law
